RCMP lay charges for ATV infractions, Balmoral, N.B.

Over the past week, District 9 RCMPs Traffic Unit stopped and subsequently charged three people in Balmoral for a variety of ATV driving infractions.

In three separate incidents, police sighted the ATVs operating at very high speeds on area roadways. All three drivers face numerous charges and had their ATVs towed and impounded. They will appear in court in Campbellton later this fall.
