Codiac RCMP investigate convenience store robbery, Moncton, N.B.

On August 30, 2010, around 3:50 am, Codiac Regional RCMP officers responded to an armed robbery at the Needs convenience store located at 99 Morton Avenue in Moncton.

A man entered the store armed with a weapon. He demanded money from the employee and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was physically injured.

The Codiac police dog was called to the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect had his face covered and he was wearing a white hoodie.
