Man killed in crash, Nashwaak Village, N.B.

District 2 RCMP are investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision on Highway 8 in Nashwaak Village, N.B., on August 31, 2010.

A vehicle travelling south on Highway 8 lost control, went off road and into the ditch.

The driver, a 48-year-old man, was the only occupant of the vehicle. He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing. The name of the victim is not being released at this time.
