On February 9, 2010 the Codiac Regional RCMP arrested three people as the result of a shoplifting complaint this morning at approximately 10:30 at the Superstore on Trinity Drive.
A witness was able to provide police with a detailed description of the suspect vehicle which was later located near Spruce Street. Three people were arrested.
Codiac Regional RCMP are looking for the stolen items. The suspects were seen leaving the store with three boxes of Paderno pots and the RCMP believe these pots were discarded somewhere between Trinity Drive and Spruce Street. If anyone finds the Paderno pots you must contact the Codiac Regional RCMP at 857-2400 so police can determine if they are the stolen items.
A 29-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman from Moncton will appear in Moncton Provincial Court on February 10 at 9:30 am to face charges of theft. A 57-year-old woman was released and will appear in court on April 9, 2010 at 9:30 am.
