Man charged in connection with break and enter, Shippagan, N.B.

On Tuesday, September 2, 2010 at approximately 4:00 p.m., Acadian Peninsula RCMP arrested two individuals in connection with a break and enter that had occurred a few hours earlier at a residence in Shippagan. The police erected a security perimeter in order to intercept the suspects. One of the individuals was released while the second, 41-year-old George Guignard of Shippagan, is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Tracadie-Sheila this afternoon to face charges of break and enter, possession of stolen property and obstruction.
