Partner agencies using RCMP web-based forms may download the ICS viewer for use with those forms. To download these forms, right click on the links below and click "Save Target As". If you have trouble downloading these forms, please contact RCMP_Certificate_Services@rcmp-grc.gc.ca. The forms are also available in Adobe Acrobat format.
