• Log on to Entrust at least once a month to make sure that the profile on your cryptographic module does not expire.
• Logging into Contivity or another application that has integrated PKI (Entrust) does not update your Entrust profile on your cryptographic module. Entrust /Entelligence must be logged into in order to keep your Entrust profile current.
• If you get an incorrect password error messages from Entrust, you may have inadvertently left your ‘caps lock’ button on. Try to re-enter your password with the ‘Caps Lock’ button both off and on.
