Address systemic racism

We acknowledge that systemic racism exists in the RCMP, which impacts our employees, as well as the diverse communities we serve. This is why we are making fundamental changes to how we work, built on inclusivity and respect.

Policing is about more than upholding the law; it is about protecting all of the communities and people we serve. The RCMP acknowledges the important role we play in helping to eliminate systemic racism in Canada, starting in our own organization.
