On the evening of October 5, police received a report of a man in a vehicle matching that same description at the skate park. The man, who was allegedly taking pictures of children at the park, was confronted by some teenagers about his actions and the man then left the skate park. The SUV in this incident was noted as having a tinted licence plate cover.

Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is conducting patrols of the skate park. Anyone who observes a vehicle matching this description in the area of the Botwood skate park is asked to contact police at 709-489-2121.
