Hay River, NT, December 29, 2020 – Hay River RCMP are investigating an attempted Break and Enter at the Hay River Visitor's Information Centre. At some point between noon December 25, 2020 and 3:40 pm on December 26th, an unknown person made multiple attempts to gain entry to the building.
The RCMP continue to investigate and are asking anyone who may have been driving by on the Mackenzie Hwy or out walking to come forward as they may potentially be witnesses to this occurrence.
