Following an investigation of online child exploitation by the RCMP-RNC Integrated Internet Child Exploitation Team (IICE), 31-year-old Bradley Janes of Pool's Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, will face charges of Transmission of Child Pornography (four counts) and Accessing of Child Pornography (two counts) when he appears in Gander Provincial Court on February 16, 2021.
Janes was arrested on November 23, 2020, with the charges against him related to offences that occurred from September 30, 2019 to January 19, 2020. He has been released on a number of conditions.
