RCMP continue investigation into Bud Paul’s homicide, return to his residence

RCMP officers at the last-known residence of homicide victim Bud Paul

The remains of Bud Paul, a 56-year-old male from Winnipeg, were located in August 2020 in Roseau River Anishinabe First Nation. RCMP continue to actively investigate his death as a homicide. New information has been received that has led investigators back to Bud's last-known residence on Hespeler Avenue in Winnipeg on December 17, 2020, to do a further search of the residence.

At this time, investigators have identified two suspects: a 36-year-old female and a 39-year-old male, both from Winnipeg.

Investigators continue to look for any information as to Bud's whereabouts between August 1-10, 2020, or any other information related to this investigation. If you have information, please call the tip line at 431-489-8551.
