Bell Island RCMP investigates stolen culvert and seeks public’s assistance

Bell Island RCMP is seeking assistance from the public following a recent investigation into a stolen 20-foot culvert from Department of Transportation and Infrastructure on Bell Island.

On April 30, 2021, police received the report that the culvert had been stolen sometime after April 16, 2021.
