Cut Knife RCMP seeks public’s assistance located wanted male

Trent Angus

On November 28, 2021 at approximately 9:30 a.m., Cut Knife RCMP responded to a firearms complaint on Little Pine First Nation.

Investigation has determined that a male arrived at a residence and discharged a firearm. A bullet struck a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported to police. It was reported the male then fled in a vehicle, heading in a southwesterly direction.

As a result of this investigation, Trent Angus (DOB:1989-02-23) of Edmonton, AB has been charged with:

  • 1 count, discharge firearm, Section 244, Criminal Code
  • 1 count, pointing firearm, Section 87(2), Criminal Code
  • 1 count, possess firearm knowing unauthorized, Section 92(3)(c), Criminal Code
  • 1 count, fail to comply with release order, Section 145(5)(a), Criminal Code

A warrant has been issued for his arrest and Cut Knife RCMP are actively attempting to locate him.

Trent Angus has black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5'8" and 210 lbs.

He has connections to the North Battleford and Lloydminster areas, as well as Edmonton, Cold Lake and Wainwright, Alberta.
