RCMP looking to identify person of interest following break and enter

The Saint-Léonard RCMP is asking for the public's help identifying a person of interest following a break, enter and theft at a home in Saint-Basile, N.B.

Police are releasing surveillance video photos of the individual and are hoping despite the quality of the images, information from the public may help identify the person or provide additional information to help the investigation. The individual is described as a Caucasian man, between six foot (183 centimeters) and six foot three (190 centimeters) tall, wearing a black Adidas hooded sweater and jeans.

The incident is believed to have occurred April 26, 2021, at approximately 8:20 a.m., at a home on Chemin Platin des Alberts. A surveillance camera was stolen and the home was damaged.

Anyone who recognizes the individual or who witnessed suspicious activity on Chemin Platin des Alberts on April 26 is asked to contact the Saint-Léonard RCMP at 506-473-3137.
