Colchester County RCMP and Truro Police Service have arrested a Salmon River man following the search of a home on January 11.
Yesterday, January 11 police searched a Salmon River residence and arrested a male suspect within the home without incident.
As part of the search, police seized Schedule 1 drugs, firearms, a prohibited weapon, ammunition, cash and drug paraphernalia.
The suspect will appear in Truro Provincial Court on April 28, 2021 to face charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking as well as other drug and firearm charges.
The investigation is ongoing.
