RCMP seeking public’s assistance following break, enter, and theft at Mactaquac Generating Station

The Keswick RCMP is seeking the public's assistance following a break, enter, and theft of copper bindings in Keswick Ridge N.B.

The incident is believed to have occurred on February 28, 2022, between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m., in a warehouse at the Mactaquac Generating Station on Power House Lane.

Police believe the suspects forcefully gained entry into the property, opened the garage door and backed a vehicle into the warehouse. Copper bindings were stolen from two electric rotor poles. A description of the vehicle is not available at this time.

Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area during the early morning hours of February 28, or who has information regarding the whereabouts of the stolen items is asked to contact the Keswick RCMP at 506-357-4300.
