As a result of ongoing investigation by Saskatchewan RCMP's Warrant Enforcement and Suppression Team (WEST), on November 3, 2022, Kurt Miller was arrested in Edmonton, AB.

The investigation continues and further updates will be provided when available.

Saskatchewan RCMP continue to seek public assistance in locating wanted male

Saskatchewan RCMP continue efforts to locate and arrest 42-year-old Kurt Miller, who is wanted for failing to attend court in accordance with a release order (Section 145(2)(a), Criminal Code).

The failure to attend court involves charges laid as part of a 2020 RCMP investigation.

Investigators are renewing their request for the public to report any information on Miller's whereabouts.

The Saskatchewan RCMP is seeking the public's assistance to help locate Kurt Miller after he failed to attend court in accordance with a release order (section 145(2)(a), Criminal Code).

Kurt Miller of the RM of Glenside, SK was charged as part of a 2020 RCMP investigation and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
