Shortly after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while an officer with RCMP Traffic Services East was on patrol on the TCH, a speeding vehicle pulled out and passed him. The man was released from custody, his driver's license was suspended and his vehicle was seized and impounded. He is scheduled to attend court on March 11, 2022, to answer to charges of impaired driving.
