West Hants District RCMP recovers stolen vehicles

West Hants District RCMP has recovered two stolen vehicles, worth over $200,000 on Hwy. 215 in Cambridge, Hants County.

On May 20, West Hants District RCMP learned that two trucks, an F550 and an F600, had been stolen from a property in Bedford. The trucks were believed to be on a property on Hwy. 215 in Cambridge, Hants County.

West Hants District RCMP responded to the scene on Hwy. 215 and located both trucks. RCMP investigators obtained a search warrant for the property and safely arrested two men who were present on the property. During the search police seized both trucks, a cellular phone and a computer.

The two men were subsequently released without charge pending further investigation.

Both trucks have since been returned to their owner.

The investigation is continuing.
