Harbour Grace RCMP seeks public’s assistance identifying driver of ATV in residential crash

Harbour Grace RCMP is investigating an incident in Victoria yesterday, where an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) crashed into the side of a home, resulting in extensive damage to the residence. Police are requesting the public's assistance in identifying and locating the driver, who fled the scene of the crash.

Around 5:30 p.m. on March 20, 2023, Harbour Grace RCMP received a report that an ATV had crashed into the side of a house on Church Road in Victoria. The homeowner called police but was unable to identify the driver of the ATV before they fled the scene.

Police believe that multiple ATVs were present during the crash, but only one made contact with the home, causing the damage. A dark green four-wheeled ATV and a charcoal grey four-wheeled ATV were witnessed at the scene.

The investigation is continuing.
