Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is investigating a fire that occurred at a residence in Grand Falls-Windsor this past weekend.
At approximately 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2023, police received the report of a fire at a home on Main Street. Upon arrival, firefighters were actively working to extinguish the blaze. Three people were safely evacuated from inside the home without injuries.
A Fire Scene Investigator with Fire and Emergency Services attended the scene. Evidence gathered suggests that the fire was intentionally set. The investigation is ongoing.
