Update: The 34-year-old man that the Saint-Léonard RCMP were looking for has since been arrested. The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance.

The Saint-Léonard RCMP is asking for the public's help to locate a 34-year-old man wanted on a warrant of arrest following multiple intimate partner violence charges.

On March 14, 2023, a 34-year-old man of St-André, N.B. failed to appear in Edmundston Provincial Court and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He is charged with nine offences in relation to intimate partner violence.

Police have reason to believe that he may be in possession of a firearm and are advising the public to use caution if they see him and to call police immediately.
