RCMP seeking public’s help following mail thefts

The Saint-Léonard RCMP is asking for the public's help following damage to community mailboxes and theft of mail in the LSD of Drummond and LSD of Grand Falls, N.B.

The incident is believed to have occurred during the early morning ours of December 30, 2022, at the community mailboxes on Fall Brooks Hill Road, and 1st Avenue in the LSD of Drummond, and at the community mailboxes on West River Road in the LSD of Grand Falls. Multiple mailboxes were forced open and a number of packages and envelopes were stolen.

Anyone who has information that could help further the investigation is asked to contact the Saint-Léonard RCMP at 506-473-3137.
