Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP respond to shooting and search for WANTED male

On February 26, 2023, at approximately 12:20 am, Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP responded to a shooting outside a residence on Ebb and Flow First Nation.

A 34-year-old male was shot and taken to hospital with serious injuries.

RCMP identified a suspect and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Trystan McAuley, 24, of Ebb and Flow First Nation is WANTED for nine offences including:

Aggravated Assault
Discharge Firearm with Intent
Assault with a Weapon
Pointing a Firearm

RCMP are looking for the public's assistance in locating him. Trystan McAuley is considered ARMED and DANGEROUS. Do NOT approach and call police if seen. He is approximately 6'0", 275 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He may be in the Brandon or O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi First Nation (Crane River) area.
