Stonewall RCMP stolen vehicle investigation leads to search warrant and arrests

On February 11, 2023, at approximately 6:10 am, Stonewall RCMP received a report of a possible stolen vehicle in the Stonewall area.

Officers located the stolen vehicle on Road 70 N just off Highway 7. The vehicle was abandoned.

Further investigation led officers to execute a search warrant at a residence in Stonewall.

Four adults were arrested at the residence.

Officers seized several stolen power tools, a small quantity of crystal methamphetamine, psilocybin and brass knuckles.

Brittny Anderson, 27, has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance x2, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime x3, Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon x2, Failing to Comply x4 and Trafficking in Property Obtained by Crime.

Conrad Bonwick, 42, has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime x3, Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon x2 and Trafficking in Property Obtained by Crime. He was released on a release order.

The other two adults were released with no charges.

Investigation is ongoing.
