Practice the PARE

As a cadet you will be required to successfully complete the Physical Abilities Requirement Evaluation (PARE) within the first two weeks of your arrival at the RCMP Academy, "Depot".

Although practice sessions are not a requirement, you may find it helpful to practise the PARE before starting the Cadet Training Program.

Recruiting offices across the country may offer free PARE practice sessions. Visit our recruiting events page or contact a recruiter in your area to find out more.

Private PARE certified centres

There are also private PARE certified centres that may offer PARE practice sessions for a fee. For practice sessions offered by these centres contact them directly for more information or to register.

Note: Practice sessions are not a requirement. If you choose to take part in a practice session offered by one of the private PARE certified centres, you will be responsible for paying all costs related to your participation and will not be reimbursed.
