Daniel G.J. Dubeau – Deputy Commissioner, Chief Human Resources Officer
The Deputy Commissioner, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for all matters related to compensation, the well-being and safety of RCMP employees. The RCMP has over 30, 000 employees located in over 800 communities and posted internationally. Responsibilities include meeting with employees and service providers across Canada as well as regularly visiting the RCMP Training Academy (Depot). The CHRO also represents the RCMP during ceremonies and meetings.
