Dennis Watters – Associate Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Corporate Management Integration - Contract Policing
Reporting to the Commissioner, the Associate CFAO (A/CFAO) is accountable for the integration of all corporate management activities related to, and in support of the Contract Policing sub-program including notably financial management, assets and acquired services, and procurement and contracting. Charged with assuring a seamless delivery of these corporate services, the A/CFAO is the single point of convergence responsible for leading and integrating centralized corporate management policy centers and de-centralized corporate management service delivery mechanisms spanning across natural organizational boundaries existing as a result of functional specialities and jurisdiction-centric multi-function teams.
