Mohsen Dadgar-Kiani
Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for parental abduction.
Mohsen Dadgar-Kiani has been charged with numerous criminal offences against his ex-wife but was permitted supervised visits with their two children. On May 20 1996, Dadgar-Kiani took his daughter to a shopping mall in Ottawa Ontario and from there proceeded with a well planned escape route and managed to flee to Iran. The daughter has since been returned to Canada. Moshen Dadgar-Kiani is still wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for parental abduction and several other criminal offences.
