Update (April 11, 2023): Thirty-five-year-old Francis Mercer of Bell Island, who was wanted on an arrest warrant, has been taken into custody and will appear in court today.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 35-year-old Francis Mercer of Bell Island who is currently wanted for 16 counts of failing to comply with a court release order.
Mercer, who is currently on conditions not to be on Bell Island and to have no contact with victims of previous assaults which are still before the court, has breached and continues to breach these conditions.
He is described as 5-feet, 11-inches tall and is approximately 150 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. A picture is attached.
