On November 22, 2023, members of the media are invited to attend a Canadian citizenship ceremony at the Musical Ride stables, one of the events being held to mark the RCMP's 150th anniversary. This ceremony, a partnership between the RCMP and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, will be closed to the public. Commissioner Mike Duheme will attend and deliver remarks, then take questions from the media.

Access to this event is limited and restricted. Media must register in advance by contacting RCMP Media Relations at rcmp.hqmediarelations-dgrelationsmedias.grc@rcmp-grc.gc.ca by November 21, 2023, 4:00 pm.
Media representatives are asked to arrive at the RCMP Musical Ride Visitor Centre thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony to set up. Please park in the visitors' parking lot across from the stables, or along the sidewalk in front of the stables. Proceed on foot to the door with the Mountie Shop sign to meet your escort.
