News release

If you reside within an area policed by Holyrood RCMP and you are looking to obtain a criminal record/vulnerable sector check, please read the following information.

Step 1: Obtain your Provincial Court Record (PCR) check. This can be obtained in person at any Provincial Court in the Province or can be applied for online:

https://apps.gov.nl.ca/pc-forms/court/home/SelectRecordCheck/

Step 2: Once your PCR has been received from the court (either in person or through the mail), bring it to the detachment along with two pieces of government issued ID, one of which must be a photo ID (example: driver's licence and MCP card) and complete the application form, which is available at the detachment.

Certificates will be processed as soon as possible and can be picked up in person.

Residents who reside outside of the Holyrood RCMP detachment area should obtain their PCR check from the court and then contact their local detachment to find out the remainder of the process.
