Annapolis District RCMP charge man after recovering stolen property in Inglisville

Annapolis District RCMP executed a search warrant at a property in Inglisville as part of an ongoing investigation and recovered stolen property.

In December of 2023, Annapolis District RCMP received information from the public regarding possible stolen property located on private land and initiated an investigation.

On December 29, 2023, Annapolis District RCMP, assisted by the Kings District RCMP, executed a search warrant on Crisp Rd. in Inglisville. During the search, RCMP officers located and seized multiple items including a Camso ATV track kit, 2008 Ford F350 dump truck, John Deere Gator side by side, Honda generator, John DEERE batteries and lighting system, Johnson 9.9 outboard motor, Pentax laser level, and a 2010 Yamaha TTR 110 dirt bike.

On February 14, RCMP officers located and safely arrested the property owner at a home in Kingston.

Devin Michael Wood, 33, of Inglisville has been charged with:

  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime of a Value Exceeding $5000.00 (four counts)
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime of a Value not Exceeding $5000.00 (four counts)

Wood was released on conditions and will be appearing in Annapolis Royal Provincial Court on March 20, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.
