Satheesan Shanmugarajah

Wanted on international warrant for organized crime.

Following "Projet Chapitre" targeting a criminal organization specializing in cloning and distributing forged credit cards, Satheesan SHANMUGARAJAH is presently wanted for conspiracy (5 counts), fraud over $5000 (3 counts), possession of instrument for copying credit card data (3 counts), forging or falsifying credit cards, commission of an offence for a criminal organization and participation in activities of a criminal organization.

Satheesan SHANMUGARAJAH, like his brother Chabesan CHANMUGARASA, is at the head of a group (Sri Lankan) consisting of a large number of individuals that commit frauds using counterfeited debit cards. SHANMUGARAJAH prepares and installs cloning devices to point of sales payment terminals to retrieve credit cards and debit cards information. He maintains local and international "business" relations with a large group of individuals involved in debit card frauds. He also determines how profits of his criminal activities are divided amongst members of his organization and makes certain that tasks are done appropriately.

Working in conjunction with INTERPOL as part of Projet Chapitre.
